Yakima encouraged by 5-goal pre-season outburst
Yakima United know that the competition only gets tougher, but it’s always a good thing to score goals. The Hoppers did just that on a recent visit to play the WSU club team. This is not the actual Washington State Cougars of the Pac-12, rather top players from the school who are not in the official program. YUFC eventually prevailed in the match, 5-3. Hoppers goals came from Kaley Roberts (2), Julissa Rodriguez (2) , and Kaylah Gonzalez.
