Northwest Premier League kicks off second season April 30th

BREMERTON, WA—The Northwest Premier League (NWPL) kicks off its second season of play on Sunday April 30, 2017 with four matches. The elite statewide women’s soccer league has changed its format this season to include playoffs and also features a total of 9 clubs with the additions of NCW Alliance in Wenatchee and Washington Timbers in Vancouver, Washington.

The regular season begins on April 30th and features 45 matches (5 home, 5 away) for each of the 9 clubs. Playoffs will begin the weekend of July 15-16. The top 6 clubs will qualify with the top 2 seeds getting first-round byes. See the new format explained here. A champion will be crowned the weekend of July 29-30.
