Stars stay on top; Shadow close behind

DSC_2798The top six teams in the final standings will make the first-ever playoffs for the Northwest Premier League in 2017. Right now Seattle Stars and Spokane Shadow are well on their way to making those playoffs as the two sides continue to win matches. The weekend of May 20-21 the Shadow won two more while Seattle bounced back from their only loss to win their 5th of the season.

Seattle Stars bolt out to 3-0-0 start after week two of NWPL play

The Seattle Stars are leading the way in the early going of the 2017 Northwest Premier League (NWPL) season. Seattle have outscored their foes 7-2 over three matches. Last weekend the Stars beat Yakima United 3-1 in Kent and then shut out WPSS Shock 2-0 in Puyallup.
