Seattle Stars, Washington Premier record Sunday wins

Northwest Premier League play continued on Sunday June 3 with two matches. The Seattle Stars remain unbeaten and without giving up a goal while Washington Premier FC gave Capital their second loss of the weekend.


Stars in their eyes: Seattle has outscored teams 10-0 so far this season.

Seattle Stars 5-0 Blackhills FC

TUKWILA, WA— The Blackhills FC (0-2-1) defense managed to keep the Seattle Stars (3-0-0) off of the scoreboard for 33 minutes but in the end they couldn’t stop the home side from putting home 5 goals. It was 1-0 Seattle at the half before the Stars pulled away with a flurry of late goals,  including a brace from Angelique Hage.

WPFC scored a 1-0 win over Capital FC on Sunday in Puyallup.

Washington Premier 1-0 Capital FC

PUYALLUP, WA—Emily Wilkins scored the winning goal in the 51st minute on an assist from Haleigh Thompson as WPFC (2-1-1) shut out Capital FC (3-2-0) on Sunday June 3. Rian Kasner got the clean sheet for WPFC.
